I set up this company with the aim of bringing the best quality rum cakes to the market which have been part of my family tradition for many years. For as long as I could remember Christmas, Easter, Birthdays and any other occasion was an excuse for someone in my family to bake ‘Cake’. That cake being the traditional Caribbean fruit rum cake.
